The 2025 Shake It Up Top 5 Finalists in Classic and Flair wowed the Bar & Restaurant Expo crowd on the Spotlight Stage. For both divisions, each competitor was assigned a New Riff Distilling spirit to use in creating their signature cocktail. Classic Competitors were required to include a Reàl Infused Exotics Syrup in their signature cocktail, while Flair Competitors were required to include a Finest Call Premium Mixer.
The competitors were scored on their technical ability and the taste of the cocktail to identify the Champion and Runner-Up in each division. The Flair and Classic Champion will represent Team USA at the World Cocktail Championship in Cartagena, Colombia, November 23-27, 2025. The Classic and Flair Runner-Up will represent Team USA at the Pan-American Cocktail Championship in Santiago, Chile, September 8-13, 2025. The remaining three finalists in each division have the opportunity to compete in the Friendship Cup at the Pan-American Cocktail Championship.
