About the Presenter:

While others were baking sourdough during the pandemic, Bryan was busy deconstructing tiki cocktails and diving deep into rum. What started as a casual curiosity turned into a full-time obsession. He launched @therumchampion on Instagram in September 2022, and by January 2023, Bryan was hosting rum parties that grew into the Rum Curious Club – now 2,100+ members strong.  He has tasted over 1,500 rums from 78 countries, built a collection of 700+ bottles, and has hosted rum events across California. Since May 2024, Bryan has also had the privilege of bartending at The Lucky Tiki, where he gets to pour and preach rum every night.  Bryan is a self-described rum-obsessed lunatic who turned his passion into a career.  @therumchampion
