The Wellspring Program engages bar industry professionals in knowledge building and charitable activities around the world. By immersing participants in local culture, with a comprehensive alcohol beverage education, as well as engaging in local charitable activities, the Wellspring Program expands industry professionals’ worldview of the alcohol beverage industry.

The USBG National Charity Foundation and Tequila Don Julio are proud to launch the 2026 Tequila Don Julio Wellspring Program, designed to support and empower hospitality professionals through education, experience, and connection.
Join the USBG Foundation for an up close and personal look at the process and craft behind the Tequila Don Julio at the center of where it all began, Don Julio Gonzalez's hometown, Atotonilco Mexico.
Participants will visit agave fields and the La Primavera distillery. Where guests will have the chance to learn from expert agave farmers, taste cooked agave directly from the ovens, and Don Julio’s tequila heart directly from the pots and barrels.
