Michelle, a Florida native, has a deep respect for professionals in the hospitality industry. She began her career in hospitality and knows first hand the unique challenges and opportunities found within. She found her true calling when she began managing communications for a nonprofit art center in 2014. Promoting artists, providing resources and helping them advance their careers became personally fulfilling as well as professionally rewarding. Now she couldn’t be more excited to join the USBG community because Michelle believes that bartenders and hospitality workers are the glue that holds together our societal need to unwind.
