(@Rethinkfood), a local organization that is taking massive action in our food industry by rescuing leftover food from farms, grocery stores, and restaurants, and cooking meals with them for people in need
“My cocktail, the Imperfect Appletini, takes leftover apples that are rescued by Rethink Food. The apples are pressed into a clarified juice that is sold to the restaurants and bars they work with at a very low price to make the cocktail as well as spark conversations about the initiative.” said Tonelli.
