Login Problems? A DIY Fix-It Map!

An exciting season of change is upon us! Have you noticed yourself with opinions that want to be voiced?

We want to hear from you!

If you haven't been around in a while, however, you may encounter some roadblocks to successfully entering the login page portal.

Here are the top reasons folks aren't able to cross the threshold:

1) Expired account!

This is the most easily remedied because all you'll need to do is renew!

Once you've logged in, follow these steps to create and pay an Annual Membership Invoice:

> My Profile

> ...

> Add Individual Membership

2) No Account, but maybe an account?

You may have held an annual membership with the USBG at some point in the distant past (2014 and before).

If this is the case, you will not be able to log in with any name or email address; your data did not make it into the New Site database.

2.1) If you swear on a stack that you DO have an account that was created after 2014, click this link for Password & Username help, and enter any possible email address that you may have used for that account. If an email address is recognized, you will get a Congratulations! We found you! message, and a password reset link will arrive in your email's Inbox/Promotions/Spam/Junk shortly thereafter.

2.1a) If you no longer have access to that particular email account due to an employer change or other reasons, fill out the Contact form and someone will update your account to your preferred email address within 72 hours.

2.1b) If every attempt at entering an email address was unsuccessful, and you remain unfound with error message after error message, you get to create a spiffy new account by clicking Join Now and following the steps to get in.

3) Need password reset, but:

a. Don't know which email was used to create the account?

b. Changed place of employment & no longer have access to old email address for login information?
