Are you an innovative thinker? Do you have bartending skills as well as forward-thinking ideas for managing a sustainable bar?  If so, we are looking for you! Now’s your time to show the world that you are the best in the first competition for managing sustainable bars.

Introducing the Torres Brandy Zero Challenge, A Program of the USBG. In this challenge, Torres Brandy calls on Bar Managers and Bartenders around the world to submit their sustainable bar initiatives to promote a new mindset in mixology that prioritizes the environment.

The Torres Brandy Zero Challenge is the first international competition to present an award to the world's most sustainable cocktail bar project.

In its inaugural year, Barcelona’s Award-Winning Bar, Paradiso, took the top spot for its sustainable concept and their Paradiso Waste Lab is coming to life!


In year two, this incredible opportunity has made its way to America! Applications are now open for you to present your project to us demonstrating how you would set up and manage a sustainable bar!

The four top-scoring applicants will be selected to attend the National Final in New York in Winter 2024 to present their projects. The winner of the National Final will then move on to represent the US in the Global Final in Barcelona, Spain March 19-22, 2024 where they will compete against ten other countries to claim the Torres Brandy Zero Challenge to be called the International Champion and see their sustainable bar project come true!
