How does the Member Referral Program work?

When you refer someone for membership, be sure they mention you on their application - it's that simple! 
Each quarter, the member with the most referrals will be gifted an exclusive USBG swag item. And each year an annual recipient is recognized, too!

What is your favorite quote? Get busy living or get busy dying. - Andy Dufresne

What is the best advice you have ever received? Be a good person and do the right thing - I carry this advice with me in everything that I do!

What advice could you offer to others? Hard work never goes unnoticed!

If you could change jobs with anyone for a day, who would it be? Bindi Irwin - she gets to interact and meet all types of wildlife everyday! Who wouldn't want to cuddle with koalas all day!

What other profession would you NEVER try? Telemarketing!

Why did you join the USBG? To become apart of a community!

What is your #1 take-away from your USBG Member experience thus far? Getting my staff involved, gaining knowledge and making connections

Guiltiest pleasure drink? I do love a good Sazerac…but I feel no guilt about that. :)

What is your favorite quote? This probably changes based on the day—or my memory—I don’t recall. 

What is the best advice you have ever received? Treat others with empathic kindness, gentleness, and compassion. You will never regret it.
What advice could you offer to others? I’m not much for giving advice, but I’d suppose I’d offer the same as was offered to me above.

If you could change jobs with anyone for a day, who would it be? Great question, but a bad answer is coming (ha!): I don’t want to change jobs with anyone.

What other profession would you NEVER try? Ministry

Why did you join the USBG? Education, connection with other humans, fun, growth.

What is your #1 take-away from your USBG Member experience thus far? It’s been so good. It’s like the best-kept secret in the Twin Cities—and I’m actively trying to change the fact that it’s been a “secret.” :)

Anything else you'd like us to know? Your connection with another human is a vital part of your work. Thank you for all you do, industry fam!

What is your favorite quote? "Do it, or not"

What is the best advice you have ever received? "Lack of personal boundaries will always rob you of personal energy to chase my dreams. Fall in love with yourself and see what they see"

What advice could you offer to others? Figure out what part you love about it, make it yours and enjoy yourself. Think beyond and move towards that

If you could change jobs with anyone for a day, who would it be? Kendrick Lamar

What other profession would you NEVER try? preschool teacher

Why did you join the USBG? I joined to learn more about a fantastic skill that I can impress people with at dinner parties when I'm 70 (っ´ω｀)っ

What is your #1 take-away from your USBG Member experience thus far? That USBG KY chapter is ELITE! I've been bombarded with knowledge and wonderful times.

Anything else you'd like us to know? Not really, I won a cocktail competition on my lunch break one time lol (￢_￢) but I'm in the process of learning how to distill
