What is your current state of mind? Happy to be where I'm at and happy with my progress

Guiltiest pleasure drink? Pina Colada - who doesn't love them!?!

What turns you on? A solid vibe on a Friday night service

What turns you off? Vendors not leaving me alone!

What sound or noise do you love? Jazz instrumental

What sound or noise do you loathe? The ice scoop scraping the bottom of the well

Drinks (F*$&, Marry, Kill)? Gin & Tonic, M- Negroni, K- AMF or Long Island

What other profession what you like to attempt? Contracting/carpentry

What profession would you never attempt? Police officer

If Heaven exists, what would you like to hear God say when you arrive at the pearly gates? "Well, looks like you made it."

What are you most afraid of? Failure

How would you like to die? Of old age surrounded by loved ones

What is your most treasured possession? A German stein my grandfather gave me

What is your greatest regret? Not going to college for water polo when I had the chance

Do you use your intuition? All the time! That's how I got to where I'm at.

If you have attended a recent USBG program, what is your #1 take-away from your experience? The education. Every month we have a new product do a class, and our chapter does well at putting value into the bartenders and sending them home with knowledge they can use in their bars or restaurants.

Anything else you'd like us to know? I am the GM/Bar Director of Georges At The Cove. I grew up in this restaurant and I am happy to be a part of one of my hometown's globally known restaurants.

Love that you were the happiest in my city (New Orleans)! It is pretty magical!
