What does your professional background look like?
My professional background is in Accounting & Administration with over 10+ years of experience working for food & beverage corporations like Yakult USA and Farmer Brothers.

How long have you been on Staff and/or involved with the USBG?
I started at USBG on September 1st, 2021.

Where do you live?
Currently living in Salida, Ca for a few years now, and previously in Los Angeles, Ca were I was born and raised.

Got any hobbies?
Hobbies are visiting the museum/exhibits, art, crafts, reading, gardening, outdoor activities & baking gluten free cookies.

What's your favorite self-care practice?
My family loves walks, hikes and camping at national parks.

What's your favorite drink?
My favorite drink used to be cranberry/vodka. Now, occasionally Sangria and red wine.

What's it like working remotely?
I really enjoy working remote. It's given me more time with my family

How do you transition out of Work Mode and into Non-Work Mode?
For me, having a space for work only is important. It keeps me away when I'm off hours

Is there anything unique about yourself you'd like to share?
I've been gluten free/dairy free for 5+ years now. It hasn't been easy, but as a family we've discovered a lot more healthy eating options
