Donald Clutterbuck
USBG Member at Large

I grew up working in dives and clubs in Buffalo, NY before finding my way into a variety of restaurant work, focusing on bartending and management.

With an obsession for problem solving, I move through my work looking to have the most positive impact on my surroundings possible. With a passion for food, wine, cocktails, and management, my true underlying love is one for solutions and progress.

May every day be the best day.

T. Cole Newton
USBG New Orleans

Born and raised in Washington, DC, T. Cole Newton moved to New Orleans in 2006 to volunteer full-time with AmeriCorps in the wake of Hurricane Katrina. After his service year, Cole took a bartending job at Commander’s Palace, culinary alma mater of Paul Prudhomme and Emeril Lagasse. In 2008, he developed and implemented the cocktail program as the first bar manager at the Uptown bistro Coquette. Inspired by that experience, Cole opened his Mid City cocktail dive Twelve Mile Limit in 2010.

Among other accolades, Twelve Mile Limit was chosen as the Best Bar in New Orleans by The Manual in 2017. Cole’s second bar, the Domino, opened in 2019 on St. Claude Avenue in the New Orleans’ Bywater neighborhood.

Bradley Stephens
USBG Oregon

I have had the unique ability to bartend around the world for over two decades, from Japanese nightclubs to karaoke, sports, neighborhood and dive bars - and from boutique hotel and fancy cocktail bars to Midwest cantinas; I even had a short stint as a brand ambassador and run my own community events in my home town of Portland - and today I am a bar owner. The experiences and challenges of all of those paths has helped me locally and nationally to find ways to unite our sometimes splintered industry. Removing those invisible walls and helping us build an increasingly inclusive USBG will be a big goal as a member of our national board.

As the current chair of the USBG Education Committee, I also bring a focus on our continued learning and plan to help spearhead a new exciting program for USBG to bring to our entire industry new learning opportunities.
