GLENDALOUGH DISTILLERY
Founded in 2011, the Glendalough Distillery crafts spirits evoke a profound sense of place, an appreciation of the wild flavors within, and a recognition of what it took to capture them. Our gins are fresh-distilled from hand-foraged, wild botanicals in the Wicklow mountains. Our whiskeys are the result of a relentless search for the finest, most flavorful species of oak in the world – being the first Irish distillery to employ mizunara casks for one of our expressions.
BEARFACE
A progressive whiskey project helmed by veteran industry master blender, Andres Faustinelli. BEARFACE Triple Oak is aged in a pioneering process called elemental aging in the Canadian wilderness. The barrels are placed in containers and left to the elements, so it’s truly a product of nature.
