Tales
of the Cocktail
- Join us in helping New Orleans celebrate the 5th Annual "Tales
of the Cocktail" event. This special event has been a staple amongst
bartenders, restaurant owners, as well as the general public for
many years, and each year the event is bigger and better then the
year before. Many members of the USBG will be attending this years
festivities.

- Renowned Mixologists Present Cocktail Dinner to Raise Funds
for a Permanent Museum in New Orleans
- We are pleased to announce a World Cocktail Dinner will be held
at Devin Tavern at 363 Greenwich Street, NYC on Monday May 14th
as a fundraiser to benefit The Museum of the American Cocktail.
Renowned mixologists Tony Abou-Ganim, Dale DeGroff, Sasha Petraske,
Gary Regan, David Wondrich, Michael Waterhouse, Will Shine, Aisha
Sharpe, to name just a few, will present an extraordinary array
of cocktails matched to Chef Christopher Dunn’s creations. Half
of the price of each ticket will go towards building our permanent
exhibit in New Orleans in 2008. Tickets cost $250* ($125 of each
ticket is tax deductible and will go towards building the new permanent
