June 1-4, 2008 Santé Iron Bar Chef Competition at the Santé Restaurant Symposium Last year’s Iron Bar Chef Competition was such a success that this year the competitors will be USBG members exclusively! Don’t forget to register for Tales of the Cocktail!! The USBG will be competing at the Bartender’s Bash for the title of Ultimate Bloody Mary Champion!...

TABASCO and Uluvka Vodka are hosting the first annual Ultimate Bloody Mary Challenge at this year’s Tales of the Cocktail!

Here’s how it will go down…The amazing talent of the United States Bartenders' Guild will be put to the test yet again! Each of the USBG’s chapters will be competing as teams, yes teams! USBG members compete against each other all year at various competitions and events, now they will have to unite to bring home the Championship! Who will you root for, Northern CA, Southern CA, Las Vegas NV, Chicago IL, New York or New Orleans?

Chapter representatives will come ready to create the Ultimate Bloody Mary featuring the one and only Tabasco brand pepper sauce, what else would you use!!? Tabasco is challenging the teams to use one of their unique & fiery flavors to make their Bloody Mary, The Ultimate Bloody Mary!

Each Bloody Mary concoction must use Uluvka Vodka as well, making creativity a must to differentiate itself and to become ULTIMATE!!!!

Come and judge for yourself, which chapter will win the Ultimate Bloody Mary Challenge?
